Justice and Social Activism - How does the world change?
Our world is filled with oppression, inequality and exploitation. It is also filled with hope, truth and the goodness of God. This booklet will look briefly at the call of the gospel to love the poor and extend love to those in need. The approach taken is one where the word of the gospel and the good works of the gospel are kept together. We do not desire works without the call to repent and believe the good news of Jesus' death and resurection for sinners. We also do not desire to preach yet not live out the implications of the gospel in a broken world. This booklet will offer a cooperative approach where church, state and the private sector work together to rebuild the walls of broken communities today.
